Mark from McNamara has been AMAZING!! We had an existing McNamara pump on a water filtration system when we moved in .. and had some problems that were hard to resolve .. Mark assessed it on his first visit and has now been on ‘standby’ and taken my calls several times when I have had questions- he resolved these remotely! .. hence the AMAZING!! Thx Mark & McNamara .. I would recommend McNamara Pump and Electric 1000000 times over! Brandon was incredible, he came out on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot an issue, and not only did he figure it out quickly, but he also completely fixed it while he was here. He took the time to explain everything so clearly and made sure we understood what was going on.
On top of that, he was super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and dedicated to making sure everything is done right. We’re so thankful for his help and highly recommend McNamara—especially Brandon!

I recently had an emergency at my business and Mcnamara was there to save the day!! The amazing office staff was able to guide me through what I needed done and made me feel I was a priority. (Thanks Laura). The maintenance crew is out here as soon as possible and also explained everything thoroughly to me. They moved fast and efficient! I don’t usually do reviews but I highly recommend this family owned company. Made me feel like family.

Started relationship with McNamara Pump in 2005 when we built our home and have depended on them to maintain our needs for maintenance and repairs whenever required.. Exceptional Company with an A+ attitude, reliable friendly staff (office and Field personnel) and just plain caring for their customer's satisfaction. Don't know how they continue to hold to their high standards but it is a treat to have them on our side. GREAT JOB AND THANKS TO ALL!!!

This company is truly outstanding. Their service is excellent, competent and they are extremely responsive. It might be hard to understand how one can get so excited about a company selling pumps, but I wish all companies were like McNamara. I would give 6 stars if I had that option.
