Storm Water Pump Stations – Schedule Service Today
Storm water pump stations need to be serviced at least twice a year, once before the rainy season and again after the rainy season. This will help ensure the pumps are working properly and help avoid any costly flooding on your property.

Sewer Pump Stations – Do Not Flush
If you have a sewage pump station, only human waste and toilet paper should be flushed. “Flushable” products do not apply to your pump station. Please inform tenants to prevent future issues with the sewage ejector pump system.
- Do not flush…feminine products of any kind. This includes tampons, tampon applicators, and wipes.
- Do not flush…toiletry items such as baby or personal wipes, cotton swabs, cotton balls, razors, etc.
- Do not flush…trash, paper goods, paper towels, disposable diapers, haircut trimmings, food, rags, clothing, condoms, cleaning wipes, plastic of any kind, etc.
- Do not flush…solvents, paint, paint thinner, grease, oil, or abrasive chemicals. These will cause cord damage to the pump.
