Tank alerts work in conjunction with level controls in a pump station to monitor liquid level conditions. When levels rise above a certain height, an alarm horn sounds and a red beacon light will illuminate, notifying the customer of an issue with the station.
When this happens, do not ignore it! Call our office at 760-744-1895 and we can dispatch technicians to troubleshoot the issue.
While you’re waiting for us to arrive, you can silence the audible alarm. Simply switch the toggle to the “silence” position. The toggle will either be located on the front of the box, or the side. The red beacon light will remain lit.
