A big part of our business involves preventive maintenance programs designed for your needs with a wide range of options. Our maintenance services save money on costly repair bills. We find potential problems before they become problems. However, should a problem occur you immediately become a priority customer until the problem is resolved.

Our trucks are stocked and usually have the parts needed for repairs; whether you have a domestic, commercial, or irrigation water pump, a sewage lift station or drainage pump.

I am writing this to commend you on the quality of your service and the quality of your personnel. Your people recently replaced and installed a new sump pump in the well at our warehouse loading dock at 8330 Arjons Dr. in the Miramar area, and I am very pleased with their work.
During the job I met three of your technicians, Brandon, Jesse, and Hymie (sorry if the name spelling is wrong). They were not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I really feel good when I see people who like the work they are doing and who show pride in their workmanship. And on the phone Pauli was very helpful and efficient in handling all the scheduling and customer service issues. I didn't have to wait long for appointments, and people always showed up on time.
This makes me confident that if I ever do need emergency service, it will be there. I also signed a maintenance agreement so I can get the same good people to maintain my pump over time. With this regular maintenance I hope I never need to use the emergency service, but it is still nice to know that it is there just in case.
I only want to encourage you to keep up the high level of service and quality in the future. Many thanks to you and your staff and crew.

Clyde sends a tremendous THANK YOU for helping us so quickly Wednesday night at our Sorrento Valley flood. You literally made Christmas for all of us here. If we did not get the pumps up and running Wed night then we would not have started the clean up until today; which means our guys would have worked late Christmas Eve & possibly Christmas Day. So thank you several times over!
